Day 7: Sorrento to Rome
A leisurely drive back to our 3* Hotel Torre Rossa for an overnight stay
Personal Commentary
On this day we drove back to Rome slowly. On one of the first of our stops I took a group photograph of the touring group. We arrived in Rome in time for us to do some wandering about the city. Jabeen and I decided to wander into the City with Nigel and used the bus for the first time. What an interesting experience. We got off somewhere in the City - god knows where - and made our way to the pantheon, having got well and truely lost. We managed to negotiate our way around the city using public transport which was also quite an eye opener..
